The Wild Gay West and Controversial Movie Marketing in Hollywood

Author: Lance Winslow

We have all heard all the controversy over the movie Broke Back Mountain and in considering all this it seems relevant to point out that homosexual Hollywood is re-writing history there a little. Yet when debating this with a homosexual man who said that was the best movie he had ever seen?

Yah, that figures I guess; well he pointed out to me that indeed the Wild West was not really so Wild as it seems and that Hollywood was the one, which created that in the first place you see? Actually in reality the Wild West was neither wild or a bunch of homosexuals riding around on horses all day.

You see the homosexual folks in Hollywood were not re-writing real history they were re-writing a mythical Wild West to make a point and make a good movie which appealed to a certain sector of the population. Of course John Wayne would have said;

Well for Crying Out Loud, what sort of horsesheet is this?

The homosexuals indeed are quite on the other side of the fence and loved the movie immensely. Yet in all this chaos and controversy it looks like the movie got enormous free PR, just like The Da Vinci Code, due to the controversy with the Catholic Church. So in the end it was all good marketing no matter how you feel about a Homosexual more laid back Wild West. Consider this in 2006.
