How to Get Rid of Ugly Cellulite

Author: Tim Gorman

You know what cellulite looks like ugly, right? But what is cellulite? What causes your skin to look that way, and how can you get rid of it?

Cellulite consists of fat accumuldated in the connective tissue beneath the skin. Toxins and waste that has not been removed from the body collect there and become hard. The skin and tissue around the fat deposits is very soft and weak and this causes the hard deposits to be visible as ugly cellulite.

While regular body fat is smooth and serves a purpose (cushions your organs and stores energy), cellulite is lumpy and does not serve any purpose. If you are going to get rid of cellulite, you must treat it from the inside out.

Drink two liters of water every day to flush toxins from your system. Give up caffeine (sorry, but you must!) because it causes you to retain water and slows your liver function. Also, give up fried, greasy foods and even butter remember, cellulite is fatty deposits!

Exercise more to get blood pumping. Studies have proven that bad circulation in condusive to the growth of cellulite. Riding a bike is an excellent form of exercise which will mprove blood circulation in the legs. This can be effective for ridding cellulite on the hips, thighs, and buttocks.

Lastly, dont waste time on miracle creams or cellulite cures these things never work, because cellulite is an internal problem. It develops because of your lifestyle if you want to conquer cellulite, you must make changes to your lifestyle.

And remember, some people just tend to develop more stubborn cellulite than others. Following these tips will help you control your cellulite, possibly before it even starts.
