I was forty-five at the time I was looking for my wife. Forty-five divided by two is twenty-two and one half. Adding seven years, the ideal age of a woman for me, according to Alex's formula, was thirty years old.

I have no children of my own and I wanted to have children, so I needed to find a woman of childbearing age. I chose an age range of twenty-eight to thirty two, based on Alex's formula and my desire to find a woman of childbearing age.
