The Big Secret Of How To Get Rid Of Adult Acne

Author: Sonny Dhinjan

It's true. You can easily get rid of your adult acne with ease and be at grace with yourself in just a few short weeks. All you have to do is to follow the advice herein.

First of all, why should you listen to me and follow what I am about to share with you? You probably want this question answered so I'll do that now. I am a pharmacist who for 10 years of his life suffered severe cystic acne on his back. The first 5 years were as a teenager, and the remainder were as an adult.

At the age of 19, whilst studying pharmacy at the University Of Nottingham, I noticed my cystic acne going down over a period of about 4 months. I couldn't figure out why this happened, but it was happening.

During this time, I was taking an omega-3 oil supplement that somebody had recommended I'd take for my severe lower back pain. I had suffered an injury to my lumbar spine, and painkillers were taking over my life. They were generating mood swings and merely doing nothing more than providing temporary pain relief. My mother's friend had recommended that I try a fish oil product for my pain because they had used one for joint pain and it had made a substantial difference to their life. And so I did.

By this time, I had given up on treating what was now, adult acne. I had tried various antibiotics for acne, topical lotions such as clindamycin and erythromycin, and benzoyl peroxide creams. Nothing had managed to get rid of my acne. Nothing.

I had decided that if I would stop breaking out with spots, it would "just happen". Well, this was the wrong mentality to have, and it IS the wrong mentality to have. If you're reading this, then good for you because you are actively searching for information on how to get rid of your adult acne. Excellent. You're doing something. You might be sitting there with hope to find something that WILL work. Whatever the situation may be, if you DO have adult acne, there is one thing to GET out of this article, and that is the concept of "individuality".

You're different to me and I'm different to somebody else who has acne. We differ in many respects, but ultimately what matters to us as acne sufferers is that we understand that some of us are able to get rid of acne, whilst some of us continue to struggle in our attempts. Why is that? Well, it's because we're different. Our habits differ, our lifestyles differ, the changes we apply to our life differ, our diets differ, and our beliefs, opinions, and reasons for doing curtains things differ too. The fact is, we are all unique individuals.

However, there is one thing in common - and that is, we all have acne. Right? Of course it is. So if we ALL have acne, is it possible that our acne can be gotten rid of by implementing the same step-by-step process in all of us who have it? You bet it is.

Now, you're probably thinking... I know somebody who had acne just as bad as I did, or even worse, but they managed to get rid of it but I'm still suffering.

Ok, let me clear your confusion. Let's get back on this individuality thing and consider what else it may be that makes you different from me or the other person who SUCCESSFULLY GOT RID OF THEIR ACNE. Here are some possibilities that you may want to consider:

- Maybe your diet is inappropriate for your skin?
- Maybe your current acne medication is doing you more harm than good?
- Maybe you believe that diet has nothing to do with acne?
- Maybe your digestive tract is not 100% efficient?
- Maybe your liver is not as efficient as it should be at detoxifying?
- Maybe the bacteria on your skin just keep multiplying?
- Maybe your sebum is forever trapped and you don't know why?
- Maybe you don't know the "real" causes of your acne?
- Maybe you have such a big history with this illness (since you're an adult) and you're unaware that it's a huge cocktail of inner problems that are causing you to breakout?

These are all possibilities aren't they? Of course they are? Nobody knows "everything" about "everything", and as far as science is concerned, "SCIENCE IS NOTHING MORE THAN BEST GUESS".

What works for one person may not work for another, but let's have a look at what's possible for every single acne sufferer in the world.

What I want to get at is this: every single acne patient in the world has the ability to get rid of their acne as long as they have the right frame of mind, including you. When people learnt that stock market charts show very distinct repeating patterns, they developed various systems for making money through investing by reading these patterns and making "best guesses". However, not everybody produces the best guess because it's all about knowledge. I will interpret a given chart in a different way to you therefore, our investments in that market will produce different results. I may lose money whilst you make big money. Or I may make MORE than you, but we both make money.

The point to get is this: if you want to really get rid of your acne, you've got to master everything about acne. Is it not possible that there is so much going on inside your body that it is having a "knock-on" effect on your skin, that it is constantly causing you to breakout with more and more spots all over? It certainly is possible. If you knew everything about:

- How to balance hormones and bring them into perfect harmony
- How to use the right topical remedies to open up your pores
- How to free up sebum and keep it that way
- How your diet is contributing to your acne
- How your digestive tract and the different organs that it is comprised of are directly related to your skin
- How your internal bodily pH makes a dramatic impact on the appearance of your skin
- How internal fungal overgrowth causes several more breakouts each day
- And a whole lot more that causes acne

How would that be for you? Would it motivate you to do what it takes to rectify all that has gone wrong to get the clear skin that you are pining for? Only you know that, but I implore you to read how one accidental discovery cleared up 70% of acne, and motivated me to discover the step-by-simple-step process that achieves a 100% result in absolutely everybody. The only problem is, it won't happen because not every single acne patient in the world would do it. Individuality will ultimately determine your results. It's a fact and a hard hitting fact. Some people will just not follow my step-by-simple-step guide.

Here's what happened!

---------------------

Let's go back to that omega-3 supplement for my back pain. I was using a fairly high dose regularly for my back pain. After 4 months of treatment my face started to clear up, and the painful cystic acne on my back had almost completely gone. How on earth did it happen?

The obvious came to mind after not so long, and I checked out the ingredients in that omega-3 product. I discovered everything about docosahexaenoic acid, and eicosapentaenoic acid through my education and a whole new world of natural medicinal products opened up to me, through which I developed a step-by-step process of obliterating acne, and it happens easily. I had to understand everything about my body and how internal hygiene was impacting my skin, and what I really got was that my diet was far too deficient of some essential nutrition; my lifestyle was terrible; and, there was so much more that I was doing that was destroying my skin.

One of the most important concepts I learn was "THE RIGHT FAT DIET". Yes. It's not about "LOW OR LESS FAT", it's about the "RIGHT FATS". In addition, internal body pH has a major impact on how your body operates. I got that my lifestyle and my diet had caused my body to become accustomed to all the ill-treatment that I was subjecting it to.

I got that my body was struggling to tell me to "STOP IT". The sign was all over my back and on my face. And finally I stopped doing what I had always done that was causing me to breakout as opposed to help my skin.

I have no more acne now, and I don't breakout. But it's possible that I will breakout again. All I have to do is what I'm NOT supposed to do.

So why did that omega-3 product clear up a big proportion of my acne? It goes back to this concept of THE RIGHT FAT DIET. The current Western diet is way off the scale in terms of where it really should. Let me explain, there is a huge spectrum of fats, but to simplify things... consider that there are FATS THAT KILL and FATS THAT CURE. Your current diet is probably abundant in FATS THAT KILL and deficient in FATS THAT CURE. When I say "KILL", I don't literally mean KILL, but what I do mean is that these fats are harmful to your health. What you are unaware of is that these fats, indirectly generate a huge disturbance in your hormonal pathways. This is where the root of your problem.

There is a lot of complexity attached to this, but the point is that you must rectify you fat intake. There needs to be a balance the different fats in the entire spectrum. It's all about balance, but not just fats. There is a lot more to it than that, but the beautiful thing about the right way to get rid of acne is that it doesn't require major effort just persistence.
